About the District: The Central Pennsylvania Library District is a voluntary, resource-sharing unit. Consisting of the seven public libraries in Centre, Clearfield, Juniata, and Mifflin Counties, the District provides shared services, including continuing education for library staff and Trustees, support for IT infrastructure and planning, Interlibrary Loan, and access to eBooks and downloadable audiobooks through Overdrive.
