District Long-Range Plan

As required by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries, each library district in Pennsylvania must have a five year plan to guide the provision of district services. The Central Pennsylvania Library District Long Range Plan for 2018 - 2023 was developed with input from board members, library directors, and library staff from across the four counties in 2017, and approved at the fall meeting of the District Advisory Council. The Plan is due to be reviewed and updated in 2022.
