District Negotiated Agreement

The Central Pennsylvania District Negotiated Agreement for 2025 - 2026 includes the following changes from the previous year:

• slight reduction in IDS costs due to reduced shipping

• reduction in line items for technology and training to cover mandated increases in personnel costs
