The Central Pennsylvania District Negotiated Agreement for 2021 - 2022 includes the following changes from the previous year:
addition of funds to support staff attendance at trainings outside of our district
addition of funds to support contacting a qualified legal or human resources expert by an individual library
reduction in funds for mileage and continuing education, reflecting savings from virtual format
small increase in funds for materials for the district-wide Overdrive collection
